Before you open a shop
When and how do I get paid?
Earnings clear within 24 hours of delivery, then you withdraw on demand from your dashboard. Stripe payouts typically arrive within 2 business days. PayPal payouts are sent by Moondala and arrive in 3 to 5 business days. There are no lockup periods.
Which countries can sell on Moondala?
You can sell from any country ShipStation operates in. If Stripe is available there too, you are paid straight into your own Stripe account. If it is not, you can still open a shop and be paid through PayPal — Moondala receives the payment and forwards it on to you.
Who handles returns and refunds?
Buyers have 14 days to request a return. If the item arrived faulty or not as described, the shop covers return shipping. Refunds are processed in 3 to 4 business days. When an order is refunded the full 6% is reversed too — both the platform fee and the referral commissions. See our Return & Refund Policy for the full terms.
What do I need to get started?
