Referral & Rewards Policy

Moondala's referral program lets you earn rewards by inviting others to the platform. This policy explains the rules, your responsibilities, and how enforcement works.

1) How the program works

• When you invite someone to Moondala using your personal referral link, they may become part of your referral network.
• You may earn rewards when people in your referral network make eligible purchases on the platform.
• Reward amounts depend on the type of transaction, the payment method used, and the program structure in effect at the time.
• Moondala determines the reward structure, rates, and eligibility criteria. These may be updated at any time without prior notice.
• Not all transactions qualify for rewards. Excluded transactions may include: refunded orders, chargebacks, fraudulent orders, and orders for restricted items.

2) Important disclaimers

• Referral rewards are not guaranteed income and should not be treated as employment, salary, or investment returns.
• Earnings vary based on activity within your network and platform conditions. Moondala makes no promises about the amount you may earn.
• Moondala reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the referral program at any time.
• Platform credits earned through the referral program are subject to the same terms as described in the Terms of Service.

3) Payouts and withdrawals

• Earned rewards may be withdrawn through available payout methods, subject to minimum balance requirements and identity verification.
• Payouts are processed by Moondala or its financial partners. Processing times and available methods may vary by region.
• Moondala may withhold or delay payouts for any account under review, investigation, or suspected of policy violations.

4) Fraud and abuse (zero tolerance)

You will be permanently banned if you:

• Create duplicate or fake accounts to manipulate referral rewards (including accounts created by family or friends for the sole purpose of farming rewards).
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to create accounts or generate fake referral activity.
• Self-refer using another account you own or control.
• Buy, sell, trade, or share referral codes or accounts for money or other benefits.
• Use Moondala to spam-promote competing referral or multi-level programs.
• Attempt to manipulate referral tracking, order data, reward calculations, or payout systems through any technical or social means.
• Impersonate Moondala, its employees, or other users to gain referrals.
• Make false or misleading claims about potential earnings, including statements like 'guaranteed income,' 'risk-free profit,' or 'passive income.'

Moondala employs automated fraud detection, behavioral analysis, and manual reviews. Suspicious activity triggers immediate investigation.

5) Holds, reversals, and investigations

• Rewards may be held until the associated order is confirmed and any return window has passed.
• If an order is refunded, cancelled, or charged back, related rewards will be reversed.
• During a fraud investigation, all pending rewards and payouts may be frozen.
• Moondala is not required to disclose the details of its fraud detection methods.

6) Enforcement and consequences

For serious violations:

• Immediate account suspension pending investigation.
• Permanent ban from the platform with no right of appeal for severe fraud.
• Forfeiture of all pending and earned rewards, credits, and wallet balances — non-refundable.
• Clawback of previously paid rewards if obtained through fraudulent means.
• Device and IP blocking to prevent creation of new accounts.
• Moondala reserves the right to pursue legal action for fraud, theft, or damages.

For minor or first-time violations: warnings, temporary feature restrictions, reward holds, or reduced payout limits.

7) Changes to this policy

Moondala may update this policy at any time. Changes take effect when posted. Continued participation in the referral program constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
