Terms of Service

By accessing or using Moondala, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1) About Moondala

• Moondala is a social commerce platform where users can discover, buy, and sell products, connect with others, and participate in a rewards program.
• Moondala acts as a marketplace facilitating transactions between buyers and sellers (shops). Moondala is not the seller of products listed by shops.

2) Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
• One account per person. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud, abuse, or violations of these Terms.

3) Platform credits and wallet

• Moondala may offer promotional credits or platform currency ('credits') that can be used toward eligible purchases on the platform.
• Credits are not real money, legal tender, or a stored-value instrument. They have no cash value outside the Moondala platform.
• Credits cannot be transferred between users, exchanged for cash, or redeemed outside of Moondala except through official payout mechanisms where available.
• Credit balances, values, and conversion rates are determined by Moondala and may change at any time.
• Moondala reserves the right to adjust, expire, or revoke credits at its discretion, particularly in cases of fraud, abuse, or policy violations.
• Users may be able to combine credits with other payment methods (such as a card) to complete a purchase. The terms and availability of combined payments are determined by Moondala.

4) Transactions and fees

• All purchases are subject to applicable service fees. Fee amounts may vary and are displayed during checkout.
• Prices are displayed in your local currency where possible. Currency conversion may apply, and a small conversion fee may be included.
• Moondala is not responsible for products sold by third-party shops. Disputes related to product quality, shipping, or descriptions should first be directed to the shop.
• Orders, returns, and refunds are subject to the Return & Refund Policy.

5) Rewards and referrals

• Moondala may offer a referral rewards program where users can earn rewards based on activity within their referral network.
• Reward structures, rates, eligibility criteria, and payout terms are set by Moondala and may change at any time without prior notice.
• Rewards are not guaranteed income. Actual earnings depend on many factors and may vary.
• Rewards are subject to verification, hold periods, and minimum thresholds before payout.

6) Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

• Engage in fraud, scams, impersonation, or any form of deception.
• Create fake accounts, duplicate accounts, or use bots/scripts to manipulate the platform.
• Harass, threaten, bully, or post hate speech toward other users.
• Post illegal content, counterfeit goods, or prohibited items.
• Attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, or interfere with platform systems.
• Make misleading claims about earnings, guaranteed income, or investment returns.
• Use Moondala to promote competing referral schemes or pyramid-type programs.

7) Content

• You retain ownership of content you post, but grant Moondala a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and use it within the platform.
• You must not post content you do not have rights to.
• Moondala may remove content that violates these Terms or Community Guidelines.

8) Account suspension and termination

Moondala reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms, particularly fraud and abuse provisions.
• Engage in behavior that harms other users, shops, or the platform.
• Are involved in repeated violations or ignore warnings.

Suspended or banned users forfeit all pending rewards, credits, and balances. Moondala may block banned users from creating new accounts.

9) Payouts and withdrawals

• Where available, users may request withdrawal of eligible reward earnings.
• Payouts are subject to identity verification, minimum balance requirements, and processing times.
• Moondala may withhold payouts during fraud investigations or if the account is in violation of any policy.
• Payout methods, processing times, and any associated fees are determined by Moondala.

10) Limitation of liability

Moondala is provided 'as is' and 'as available.' To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moondala and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

11) Dispute resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration or the courts of the jurisdiction where Moondala operates.

12) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the platform evolves. The 'Last updated' date will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of Moondala after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
